Robbie Williams returned to the X Factor stage tonight to perform his new single ‘Go Gently’.
The former Take That star joined Sharon Osbourne at judges houses in LA earlier this year as she picked her final three contestants for the live shows.
In an Interview with Magic FM, Robbie revealed that his new track is a promise to his daughter Teddy, he said:
“Go Gentle is a promise I’m making to my daughter. It was written when she first arrived on the planet and I’d been a selfish popstar for most of my life and then all of a sudden I’ve been asked to take care of this whole person.”
