2011: Tulisa Contostavlos wants to make X Factor history

X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has admitted that she wants to make X Factor history this weekend by steering her little muffins to victory.

The N-Dubz star revealed that it would be amazing for a girl group to win The X Factor for the first time ever and the victory would be twice as sweet as she is the youngest mentor to ever work on the series.

Tulisa confessed:

“A group’s never won this competition before, especially a girl group even going this far in the competition and I’m the youngest Judge, it is my first year and I want to change X Factor history with these little muffins behind me.”

This weekend Tulisa will take to the stage with her girls to perform a mashup of Alicia Keys’ Empire State Of Mind and If I Ain’t Got You and last night Little Mix admitted that they are honoured to sing with their mentor. They tweeted:

“We owe everything to @officialtulisa we’ve become so close and cannot think of a better person to perform with in the final #XFactorDuet xxx”
