JLS made a return to the X Factor this evening to perform their latest single ‘Take A Chance On Me’.
The boys did an excellent job performance back on their home turf and showed this year’s contestants just how a live performance should be done!
The boyband – consisting of members Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes, Oritsé Williams and JB Gill – finished as runners up to Alexandra Burke in the X Factor 2008 series and have gone on to have one of the most successful careers of any of former contestants.
Their new single is a bit of a departure from their signature up-tempo electropop, but the foursome delivered a refreshing change with this romantic ballad.
The track is the second single from their album ‘Jukebox’ and was written by Nasri Atweh, Frankie J, Emile Ghantous and Nick Turpin. It was released today, 6th November 2011.
After their performance, the boys announced that they’re planning an arena tour next year. See their new video below:
