2011 Live Show Week 5 Results: The Risk first act voted by the public in double Elimination

In tonight’s X Factor double elimination, The Risk received the lowest public votes and was sent home without singing their same-me song.

This result left everyone shocked especially the group’s mentor Tulisa.  However, it may have come as a bigger shock to Ashford Campbell who only joined the group last week and finds himself out of the competition for the second time this year once oand for all.

Traditionally, boybands do better than girls groups on The X Factor, but this year that trend have been reversed with Little Mix the only group still in the competition. May be they will go all the way to the finals and break the cures of the girl groups on the X Factor.
