The X Factor 2011: Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow Record New Tracks in LA

X Factor judge and Take That front man Gary Barlow, has revealed that he and Robbie Williams took time out in  LA recently to work on new music tracks..

Barlow had enlisted the help of his Take That bandmate at judges houses, to select the four contestants he will be putting through to the live shows.

However, speaking to Jonathan Ross recently Barlow said:

“Rob’s doing a solo record and I’ve been writing a lot on that with him and in fact when we did judges houses we did some writing and recording before we even sat down.”

Barlow also admitted that he is hoping to be asked back to The X Factor next year, and crossing his fingers that Simon Cowell won’t want his seat back, if The X Factor USA flops in the states. Speaking about how he has found working on the X Factor so far, he added:

“I’ve loved it. Absolutely enjoyed every minute and would love to do it again.”
