Britain’s Got Talent 2011: Simon Cowell Thinks New Bounce Could Be a Real Success

Simon Cowell has claimed that boyband New Bounce have reignited his interest in Britain’s Got Talent.

On last night’s Britain Got Talent second semi final he told the new boyband that they were the only act he has seen so far that could make it in the real world.

Cowell, who have been annoyed by the standard of acts on this year’s show, told ITV2’s More Talent: “Halfway through this show, I began to get a little bit nervous about what was in store. Then those four guys came on and I thought, we’ve got a great competition looming here.

“I’m happy now. This is a great platform for certain people if you do it well. You have millions watching. Even if you don’t win, you can go on to sell millions of records.”

During the live show, Cowell described New Bounce as “the ones to beat” following their cover of Jessie J’s ‘Price Tag’.
