Britain's Got Talent Semi Finals

Britain’s Got Talent 2011 semi final: Ronan Parke Impressed with Adeles ‘Make You Feel My Love’

12 year old Ronan Parke made his return to the BGT stage this evening and admitted that he was ‘really excited’ to be back on stage again.

Ronan sang ‘To Make You Feel My Love’ by Adele and after his performance the judges including Simon Cowell were clearly impressed with the young school lad.
For us Ronan was the standout act of the night.

Judges Comments:

David Hasselhoff: “You know, what can I say? You came out, you took the stage with confidence. You stood there and you just sang your heart out and we all felt it. I just think you’re going to be really hard to best in this competition. You are terrific.”

Michael McIntyre: “I thought you sang that absolutely beautifully. You were my favourite of the auditions. You are a total natural and you nailed that song. It was absolutely beautiful and I want to hear you sing more and more songs.”

Amanda Holden: “It was effortless, you are twelve years old, you were singing in front of millions of people and it was effortless. You have the most gorgeous voice, your parents must be bursting with pride.”

Simon Cowell: “ I saw your first audition and the only thing I wasn’t crazy about was your initial choice of song. Now, you’re back on the semi finals on a much bigger platform and for me it was always going to be about song choice. I have to say, you totally and utterly nailed that. I was nervous that we would get a lot of twelve year olds trying to do Justin Bieber impersonations but you’re not that kind of singer. You’ve got a little bit of soul in your voice and if Adele is watching now, I think she’d be really happy.”
