John Torode hot smoked salmon kedgeree with spicy rice and soft boiled eggs recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up a tasty hot smoked salmon kedgeree with spicy rice and soft boiled eggs on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: Approx. 200g of hot smoked salmon , 200 ml milk , 2 blades of mace , 50 ml olive oil , 1 large onion, finely chopped, 180g basmati rice , 3 tsp madras curry powder , 350 ml warm water , 50g butter , 100 ml double cream, 3 boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half , Good handful of parsley, chopped, Juice of half a lemon and Salt and lots of freshly ground black pepper.
