Simon Rimmer Chocolate with Coconut and Date bars recipe

Simon Rimmer and served up delicious vegan Chocolate, Coconut and Date bars on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 600g chopped pitted dates, 110g cocoa powder, tbs maple syrup, 250g coconut oil, 50g desiccated coconut, 200g dark chocolate (must be vegan – green and black brand is), 400ml coconut cream, 7ml maple, Large pinch of coarse sea salt, 30g toasted coconut flakes and fruit to garnish.
