X Factor 2011 hopeful Johnny Robinson became the second person to leave in tonight’s double elimination, after The Risk lost out earlier having received the fewest public votes.
Johnny finished in the bottom two along with Kitty Bruknell who both had to sing again for survival.
In the sing-off, Kitty performed Kelly Clarkson’s Beautiful Disaster while Johnny performed Righteous Brothers hit Unchained Melody
First to vote on the judging panel was Louis Walsh, he said: “I love both acts, they’re two of the nicest people I know. The vocals were incredible in the sing-off. But I have to think the person I think in the real world will get a contract. I’m not going to cop out and the act I have to send home is Johnny.”
Tulisa said: “Umm… as always I get along of both of you guys, but I’ve got to go with the act I look forward to watching perform so for me the act I’m sending home tonight is Johnny.”
Kelly Rowland said: “I’ve got to save the person who I know is going to give more and so I’m sending home Johnny”
With the result already decided, Gary Barlow added: “I would’ve sent home Johnny but let me tell you he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met.”
