2011: Craig Colton tipped to win X Factor 2011

Bookies are now giving odds of 9/2 in favour of Craig Colton to win this year’s X Factor.

Previous favourites Janet Devlin and Misha B have both suffered a knock on their chances of winning following last weekend shows.

Sunday’s surprise bottom two result, which saw Misha B finishing in the bottom two, and Janet Devlin’s performance on Saturday that led Gary Barlow to blast the singer for being “predictable” and describing her as the “worst performer” of the weekend on the Xtra Factor, saw a shift in the perception of Kelly Rowland’s girls on the show.

Another favourite act The Risk, have found themselves struggling after member Ashley John Baptiste quit the show and was replaced by Nu Vibe’s Ashford Campbell.

All this means that Craig Colton, who has been quite quiet on the show up until now, is being backed by punters.
