The 2010 winner of The X Factor Matt Cardle, have announced the release of his first studio album since winning the competition. The album will be titled Letters and is to be released on October 17.
The 28-year-old is believed to have co written some of the tracks on the album including a track titled ‘All For Nothing’ that Cardle co-wrote with Adele.
Songwriter Guy Chambers recently claimed that Cardle’s debut album is “very powerful and emotive”, as well as praising the X Factor winner for being “a very nice guy”.
Letters will be available in two editions; a standard disc edition, as well as a two-disc limited edition which will include acoustic re-workings of five tracks from the album.
