Take That front man and X Factor judge Gary Barlow has declared “war” on his fellow judges.
Barlow wants to mark his debut as a new judge on the X Factor with the winning act at the end of the ITV series.
Last weekend the four judges were given their own category, with Gary getting the boys – one of the strongest categories.
Kelly Rowland has reportedly snubbed his texts this week in light of the fact that the judges are now operating independently.
Barlow said: “I got on well with Kelly but the texts have stopped now she has the girls.
“It’s gone into a new gear – it’s war. But that’s fair enough. I’m confident I have the winner.”
Gary also hit out at Kelly’s decision to go on tour in the lead up to next month’s live shows, saying: “It’s good for me. But don’t rule out Tulisa. The bands couldn’t get a better mentor.”
And he added that the singers need to be sure to up their game: “They all need work. My reputation is on the line here.”
