Sam Bailey has really taken The X Factor by storm this year, wowing with performances after performances. In my book she is a really a winner, but will she win the show?
Today in ‘Best of X Factor’ theme week, Sam is taking on a track by another X Factor diva, Leona Lewis.
Leona Lewis became the first female to win the X Factor in 2006 and went on to worldwide fame. ‘Bleeding Love’ was a track taken from her début album ‘Spirit’.
Sam said she was nervous about doing the song this week, but to give her an helping hand was none other than Leona Lewis who popped in to see the new X Factor star to offer words of encouragement.
“She was amazing, I have been quite spoiled with regards to meeting famous people in this competition. Leona Lewis was up there with the greatest, so I was really pleased to meet her,” Sam told This Morning. “She was an absolute gem and I can’t wait to sing the song for her on Saturday.”
