Souli Roots sang one of her 300 songs for the judges tonight on The X Factor.
The 34 year old call handler for the NHS from South London is originally from Jamaica and declares that she wants to bring the reggae back to the ITV show and in order to do so, she performs her own tune ‘Recession’ for the panel.
Her performance struck the right notes with Louis Walsh, he said:
“I love the reggae feel….She’s fun! Look at that face!”
Gary Barlow isn’t so sure though and insists:
“But Louis there is no voice.”
