2011 week 10: Simon Cowell to put in an appearance at UK X Factor Finals

Simon Cowell is reportedly planning to make an appearance on The X Factor’s Wembley Arena grand final this weekend.

The 53-year-old music mogul is not expected to show up in person due to his commitments to The X Factor USA, but it is expected that he will speak live via a satellite or Skype video link at some point in the proceedings.

A source told The Daily Mail: “Simon has stayed abreast of the show from America and has continued to have daily conference calls with his staff in the UK.

“But he didn’t want to appear in the early weeks because he needed to concentrate on his day job. There was also no point in him overshadowing Gary Barlow and the other judges.”
