The X Factor 2011: Misha Bryan’s Breathtaking audition has Kelly Rowland on her feet!

19-year-old Misha Bryan wowed the X Factor judges with an amazing rendition of R.E.S.P.E.C.T by Aretha Franklin at her audition.

The 19-year-old ‘smashed it!’ with her diva voice and had the audience all singing and clapping along during her performance and even had Kelly Roland on her feet. 

Before going on stage, Misha revealed: “I’ve always dreamt of being a singer, from the age of nine. I’ve entered The X Factor hoping to be a worldwide recording artist, touring all over and bringing smiles to people’s faces.

“When I was on my way here I was alright, when I got here my heart was racing. Seeing everybody here is crazy. I’m excited.”

But she also said it hadn’t been an easy journey for her: “For various reasons that I’m unaware of, when I was three months old my mum was unable to look after me, and I don’t know who my father is – I’ve never met him – so my aunty stepped in and she’s cared for me.

“If I didn’t have the support of my aunty I don’t know where I’d be. When it comes to talking about here, I always start getting emotional. She, to me, is one of the greatest people. She’s not only been my mum, and dad, but she’s been a friend, a role model. She’s amazing.”

Misha added: “If I get four yeses today, and that’s an ‘if’, I know she’ll be very proud. Just to make her proud I’d do anything.”
