The X Factor is in trouble again tonight has fans accused the show of fixing the outcome of the final, after a supposed ‘winner’s single’ by finalist Amelia Lily was listed for pre-order on the HMV website.
The link has since been removed, but fans were quick to spot the anomaly and spread the news on Twitter, as there were no such listings for singles from the other finalists.
The website advertised the track as Amelia Lily – X Factor 2011 Winners Single and priced at £3.99, the release date was listed as December 12 and the record label was Simon Cowell’s own Syco.
The Daily Mirror is also reporting that fans are suspicious of Lily and her place in a possible show ‘fix’ as she has been given a “prominent role” in a current Marks and Spencer advert.
