Billingsgate Market play host to Team Versatile and Team Connexus as they go head to head in the seafood task on the first episode of The Apprentice 2015.
Lord Sugar mixed the teams on the first task of a new series for the time in Apprentice history. He explains to the teams that they must haggle for the best price on seafood before transforming it into profitable lunchtime meals to be sold to the public.
The teams then must turn their fresh fish into products for the public with a menu that included fish cakes, tuna salad and calamari.
