The 14 year-old previous stated that he wanted to break down any stigmas related to disability through his comedy.

He told the Daily Mail: “There’s nothing I’m good at. I’m not at all academic. This is the only thing I can do so it better work.

“It’s unbelievable doors like this are opening, especially as I only auditioned because I was bored!”

From the teenager’s first audition, it goes without saying that his decision to audition will turn out to be the best decision he has made in is short life. And after tonight’s performance, that view is even more enforced.

He took to the stage tonight and the youngster was even funnier than he was at his first audition.

His gags included a dig at Strictly Come Dancing and Bruce Forsyth and a jibe about Simon Cowell, who he compared to the North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un.

David Walliams told him: You are a brilliant comedian, you are the next Peter Kay.

Alesha Dixon: Thank you very much, that was fantastic.

Amanda Holden: I know you were really nervous but you pushed through it, you were extraordinary. I couldn’t be prouder of you. That was amazing.

Simon Cowell summed up:  It has been worth making this show just to meet you. I absolutely love you but I could have killed you half way through that performance. Not many comedians make me laugh, you really do. There is something really likeable about you. Genius!
