Britain's Got Talent Finals

Band Of Voices impressed again singing a Britney Spears classic track on BGT first semi-finals 2013

Vocal group Band of Voices took to the Britain’s Got Talent stage tonight and performed a rendition of ‘Baby One More time’  by Britney Spears and impressed the judges once again.

The group members, whose names are Andy Playfoot 47, Louise Bagan 27, Katie Holmes 29, Craig Stein 28 and Lloyd Wade 45 from London and Hertfordshire, delivered a brilliant rendition of Jessie J’s Price Tag and the national anthem at their first audition.

At the time Amanda Holden suggested they would have a hit record if they released their version of ‘God Save The Queen’ and we agree. It would be good to have a new version of the British National Anthem done in a gospel style.

Tonight they took a big risk doing such a well-known track in a vocal harmony style but it all seem to have worked.

Following their performance the judges said:

Simon Cowell: When you started I thought you had ballsed it up but by the end I think it was a risk worth taking.

David Walliams: I never thought I’d say a Britney song sounded haunting but it really did. Fantastic, well done.

Amanda Holden: Your harmonies were exquisite. I think there is something missing on the market at the minute and you could fill that gap.

Alesha Dixon: I loved the song choice, fantastic chemistry between you. Love you.
