Simon King and Dave Myers served up a tasty Wagyu katsu sandwich with hokkaido milk bread on The Hairy Bikers Go Local.

The ingredients for the bread dough are: 325g strong white flour, plus extra for dusting, 55g granulated sugar, 2¼ tsp (7g sachet) fast-action dried yeast, 1 tbsp dried milk powder or sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp salt, 120ml milk, at room temperature, 1 free-range egg, at room temperature, beaten, 55g unsalted butter, softened, vegetable oil, for greasing and double cream or melted butter, for brushing.
