Mary Berry celery, chestnut mushrooms, Stilton blue cheese and sage risotto recipe on Mary Berry: Cook and Share

Mary Berry served up a tasty celery, chestnut mushrooms, Stilton blue cheese and sage risotto on Mary Berry: Cook and Share.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 onions, finely chopped, 5 celery sticks, diced, 2 garlic cloves, crushed, 200g small chestnut mushrooms, sliced, 275g risotto rice, 250ml white wine, 750ml hot vegetable stock, 150g frozen petits pois, 115g blue cheese, e.g. Stilton or dolcelatte, coarsely grated, 2 tsbp chopped sage, plus a few extra leaves to garnish and a knob of butter.
