Mary Berry chocolate truffle pots with Irish cream recipe

Mary Berry served up delicious chocolate truffle pots with Irish cream on today’s episode of Classic Mary Berry.

The ingredients are: 100g dark chocolate, minimum 70% cocoa solids, broken into pieces, 50g caster sugar, 2 free-range egg yolks, 1 tbsp Irish cream liqueur and 300ml pouring double cream.

For the chocolate truffles: 4 digestive biscuits, finely crushed, dash Irish cream liqueur, 100g white chocolate and cocoa powder, for dusting.
