James Martin lentils with curry leaves, fava beans, coconut and apple Soup

James Martin served up tasty lentils with curry leaves, roasted fava beans, Carlin peas, coconut and apple Soup on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 100g lentils, 100g Carlin peas, 1 Bramley apple grated, 1 onion, blitzed, 1 clove garlic, chopped, A few curry leaves, 1 tbsp curry powder and 500ml veg stock.

To finish: 300ml coconut milk, 1 lemon, juice only, Salt and pepper.

To serve: Curry leaves, fried, Roasted fava beans and Drizzle of coconut milk.
