James Martin served up a tasty warm salad with crab claws, shrimps, pesto and pak choi on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 6 crab claws, 18 prawns and 200ml Olive oil.
For the pesto: 100g palm sugar, 1 x 5cm galangal, grated, 100g brown crab meat, 1 small bunch thai basil, 1 small bunch Vietnamese coriander, few sprigs mint, 2 tbs fish sauce, 2 tbs soy sauce, 50ml veg oil, 1 lime juice and zest and 2 red chillies diced.
To serve: Steamed pak choi, Sliced chillies, Coriander and Mint.
