John Partridge sausage rolls with Greek yoghurt recipe on Ainsley’s Food We Love

John Partridge served up tasty sausage rolls with Greek yoghurt and chutney on Ainsley’s Food We Love.

The ingredients for the pastry: 250g plain flour, plus extra for dusting, 1 tsp salt, 250g unsalted butter(chilled and cubed) and 170g Greek yoghurt.

For the fillings: 1 slice of stale bread, crust removed, 500g minced pork with about 20% fat, 1 tsp fried oregano, leaves from 2 sprigs of rosemary, chopped, 1 tsp salt, good grinding of pepper, 1 tbsp French mustard, 1 large egg, beaten (plus extra beaten egg for glazing), Nigella and poppy seeds, for sprinkling.

  1. Just love Ainsley’s cooking show, he’s my favorite chef. Love his humor! Also his guests, are quite incredible with their food. My question is please is where do I find the entire recipe of John Partridge’s sausage rolls. They looked really yummy.
