Ainsley Harriott served up delicious blondies with white chocolate, macadamia nuts and raspberries on Ainsley’s Good Mood Food.

The ingredients are: 250g butter, melted, 3 large eggs, 250g caster sugar, 175g plain flour, 20g white chocolate chips, 150 macadamia nuts, chopped, 100g white chocolate, melted and 1 tbsp freeze-dried raspberries.
