Simon Rimmer Chicken and Sweet Potato with Honey Butter recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty Chicken and Sweet Potato with Honey Butter on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 12 chicken thighs, deboned but skin on, 3 sweet potatoes, skin on cut into large chunks, 1 finely chopped red chilli and 1 hispi cabbage, shredded and blanched.

For the honey Butter: 250g butter, 150g honey and Tsp cinnamon.

To serve: Sour cream and chilli sauce.
