Simon Rimmer Chilli Cheese Filled Flatbread recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a tasty chilli cheese filled flatbread on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 2 tsp nigella seeds, 150ml water, 250g yoghurt, 10g dried yeast, salt, 40ml olive oil + extra oil for griddle and 550g strong plain flour.

For the filling: 300g grated strong cheddar, 100g grated mozzarella, 1 finely chopped red chilli, 2 finely chopped spring onions, 1 tsp ground cumin, serve with mango chutney and yoghurt.
