April Jackson served up sweet and spicy Honey-Jerk Chicken Wings With Cassava Chips on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients for the wings: 2kg 3-joint chicken wings, 3 heaped tablespoons wet jerk seasoning, 2 tablespoons smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon chilli powder and ½ tablespoon salt.

For the honey jerk sauce: 1 cup honey, 1 tablespoon wet jerk seasoning and 2 limes, juiced.
