Mary Berry baked salmon and asparagus with shrimps and a mustard lemon and dill vinaigrette recipe

Mary Berry served up tasty baked salmon and asparagus with shrimps, micro herbs and a mustard lemon and dill vinaigrette on Classic Mary Berry.

The ingredients are: 1kg side of salmon, small bunch dill, 50ml dry white wine, 1 lemon, juice only, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

For the garnish: 20 asparagus tips, 100g cooked shelled brown shrimps and pink radishes or pink micro herbs.

For the mustard lemon and dill vinaigrette: ½ banana shallot, finely diced, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 3 tbsp white wine vinegar, 150ml light olive oil, 1 tsp caster sugar and bunch fresh dill, chopped.
