Nisha’s tangy treacle Goan salmon curry recipe on Lorraine

Nisha Katona served up a tasty tangy treacle Goan salmon curry on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients: 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tsp mustard seeds, ½ tin chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp brown sugar, Salt to season, Juice ½ lemon, 1 tsp black treacle, 2 handfuls of roughly chopped baby spinach and 2 fillets of cooked skinless salmon, broken up slightly.

Garnish: Sprinkle of chopped fresh coriander (optional) and Pomegranate seeds to garnish (optional).

For the rice: 1 mug basmati white rice and 2 mugs water.
