Phil Vickery easy egg fried rice with prawns, ham and spinach recipe on This Morning

Phil Vickery served up a tasty easy egg fried rice with prawns, ham, microwavable rice and spinach on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 x 250g brown basmati or golden vegetable microwavable rice, 1 tbsp rapeseed oil, 6 spring onions, sliced into long diagonals, 1 tsp finely chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger, 1 medium egg, beaten, 100g baby spinach leaves, 4 tbsp low salt soy sauce and Ground pepper.
