2011 X Factor Final Duets: Amelia Lily and Kelly Rowland outstanding performance Ike and Tina Turner classic

X Factor 2011 finalist Amelia Lily teamed up with mentor Kelly Rowland this evening, singing a cover of Ike and Tina Turner hit River Deep Mountain High in front of packed Wembley Arena audience.

In an X Factor first, the remaining contestants teamed up with their judges for the live final that was only possible because Judge Louis Walsh who is not a singer, had no acts in the final.

It was another stand out performance of the night and it was our favourites of the three duets.

Speaking to host Dermot O’Leary afterwards, Kelly said:

 “Listen to her! She’s a born superstar, from her voice, to her… everything about her. She’s so grateful and incredibly humble. I’m so incredibly proud of you.”

Amelia added: “I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor. This lady has been the biggest person in my life so far.”
