Juliet Sear vampire bite cookies with candied pears on this morning

Juliet Sear serve up delicious vampire bite cookies with candied pears for Halloween on this morning.

The ingredients for the cookies are: 25g cocoa powder, ¼ tsp fine sea salt, 160g self raising flour, 125g unsalted butter, softened, 75g light brown sugar, 75g golden caster sugar, 1 medium egg, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 150g dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.

For the filling: 100g unsalted butter, softened, 200g sifted icing sugar, ½ tsp vanilla extract, Red food colouring and Mini and large marshmallows.
