Prue Leith bloody Mary with beetroot juice, chipotle tabasco, original pepper tabasco and pickling liquid on Prue Leith’s Cotswold Kitchen.

The ingredient are: 50ml Broken Clock Vodka (omit this for virgin), 2 Dashes Smoky Chipotle Tabasco, 2 Dash Original Pepper Tabasco, 4 Dashes of Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, 2tsp Lemon Juice, 1 tsp of pickle brine – I used pickle juice from a jar of gherkins and 120ml beetroot and tomato sauce (proportions 1 part beetroot to 2 parts tomato juice.

Garnish with celery stick, lemon wedge and a sprig of sage.
