Bars and Melody BAM explain on This Morning their Plane Crash nightmare caused by a technical surge after Ellen DeGeneres interview

Bars and Melody are to young lads that has taken Britain’s Got Talent by storm this year, but today they reveal how their young lives came close to being cut short in an air plane crash two weeks ago after their interview with Ellen DeGeneres in LA.

Charlie and Leondre told This Morning hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby:

“There was a technical surge on the plane. We went to take off and the lights started flashing and the engine started roaring and we crash landed back into the ground…The front wheel had come off and it smashed down at the front – it was pretty scary.”

However, the duo has put it all behind them and spoke about their BGT experience so far.

Charlie said: “It’s been such a good experience. The things we’ve done in the past month is so incredible. To be given these opportunities has been such an amazing experience.”

Leondre added: “The best bit has been getting the golden buzzer off Simon Cowell. It was just the most amazing thing, without the golden buzzer we wouldn’t be here and we wouldn’t have done the things we’ve done.”
