Simon Cowell puts his life in the hands of an 11 year old boy when he left is judging seat and took to the stage on Britain’s Got Talent.
Edward tuned his knife throwing to the ‘Good The Bad and The Ugly‘ track while Simon Cowell looked death in the face.
The school boy from Uppingham, took to the BGT stage performing his act using his mum as the target for his knife throwing.
However, Simon then decided to put himself in the firing line saying:
“I’m tempted to go up there.”
He then asks: “‘Can I just see if they’re real knives? Oh my god! Let’s just do two Edward okay?”
And Simon quips: “Edward, you’ve never auditioned for me have you?”
Meanwhile, David Walliams jokes from the panel: “Can I have a go Edward? Honestly, I know what I’m doing. What could possibly go wrong?”
After Simon’s dice with death, he admits: “I kind of felt my life go in front of me then!”
Amanda exclaims: “You nearly killed Simon Cowell!”
David says: “How much would we have to pay you to throw the knife just a little bit nearer to him?”
But Simon replies: “I can see in the next round that David could take the place of me, would you be willing to do that?”
The music mogul adds to David: “Next time there’s a knife-throwing act, you’re going up there!”
