The Lovable Rouges made a big impression at their Britain’s Got Talent audition, where they impressed the judges with their musical talent and individuality.
Band members Eddie Brett, Sonny Jay and Té Eugene met at a performing arts college and have been performing as a band for the last eighteen months.
Eddie revealed that he put the group together and told Simon Cowell that while they have been gigging ‘all the time’ they are still pretty ‘small time’ and wanted to play on a larger stage for once.
The trio then performed a track penned by Brett titled ‘Lovesick’ and Eugene took the lead vocals to start, while accompanied by Jay on the ukulele and Eddie on the guitar. The track proved a big hit with the judges and studio audience.
