Celebrity MasterChef winner Kimberly Wyatt served up tasty sunshine sesame chicken from her Kitchen Garden on today’s episode of Lorraine.
The ingredients: 100ml olive oil, Juice of 3 lemons, 2 tbsp garlic puree, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tbsp thyme leaves, roughly chopped, 8 chicken thighs and 600g new potatoes, halved lengthways.
For the salad: 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 2 tbsp agave syrup, Pinch salt, 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced and 2 tbsp olive oil.
