Dean Edwards shrimp Caesar salad recipe on Lorraine

Dean Edwards served up a tasty shrimp Caesar salad on today’s episode of Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 1 ciabatta roll, cubed, 1 tbsp olive oil, 6 slices smoked pancetta, 400g shelled raw prawns, de-veined, 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 80g Parmesan cheese, grated, Juice ½ lemon, 1 clove garlic, crushed, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 4 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated, 1 avocado, sliced and Parmesan shavings to serve.
