Len Goodman and Pam St Clement served up delicious flapjack using on Holiday of My Lifetime with Len Goodman.

Len chose the recipe for the tasty treat to remind the former EastEnders actress of a holiday she had in Dartmoor, Devon in 1953 that changed her life. Pam had travelled alone from her boarding school to a farm in Dartmoor to visit two ladies who became like an extended family for her.
