Ainsley Harriott Vietnamese pork minced in lettuce leaf recipe on Len and Ainsley’s Big Food Adventure

Ainsley Harriott used a classic Vietnamese recipe to serve up a tasty pork minced in lettuce leaf cups to deliver a real taste of Vietnam to Len Goodman on Len and Ainsley’s Big Food Adventure.

The ingredients for Ainsley’s dish are: 1 tsp vegetable oil, 1 shallot, finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped, 1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped, 250g minced pork, 1 tsp Chinese five spice, 220g can water chestnuts, drained and chopped, 1 tsp Thai fish sauce, 2 tsp light sot sauce, 1 tsp clear honey, 2 little Gem lettuce hearts, 75g bean sprouts, fresh coriander leaves to garnish.
