Simon Rimmer served up tasty chicken with cheese, peas and sundried tomatoes on Sunday Brunch.
The Ingredients are: 12 x skinless, boneless chicken thighs, 400g of cottage cheese, 75g of finely grated parmesan, 100g iof sundried tomatoes, halved, 12 basil leaves, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 100g of grated mozzarella and 75g peas.
