Simon Rimmer date, walnut and maple loaf recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious date, walnut and maple loaf on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 250ml of maple syrup, 120g of almond butter, 120g of apple sauce (jar), 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 180g of flour, 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda, Half a teaspoon of baking powder, 150g chopped walnuts and 80g of chopped pitted dates.
