John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up delicious bloodies with pecan brittle on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: caster sugar, 2 eggs, 100g white chocolate chips, 100g butter, plus extra for greasing, 125g plain flour and 1 tsp baking powder.
For the pecan brittle: 4 tbsp water, 100g caster sugar, 1½ tsp vanilla extract, 1 pinch of sea salt and 75g chopped pecan nuts.
