Lisa Faulkner low sugar banana loaf with nut butter recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up a delicious low sugar banana loaf with nut butter recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ngredients are: 3 bananas, overripe and mashed, 3 eggs, beaten, 3 tbsp maple syrup, 75g butter, softened, 1 tsp vanilla extract, Pinch salt, ½ tsp bicarb, 250g self raising flour, 50g pecans, toasted.

To serve: Butter, nut butter and/or maple syrup.
