Tasha Stones served up delicious Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip cookies with Brown Butter on Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 100g unsalted butter, room temperature, 150g peanut butter (either smooth or crunchy), 100g light brown sugar, 100g golden caster sugar, 1 large egg, 190g self raising flour, 200g milk chocolate, chopped and Flaky salt to top (optional).
