Simon Rimmer served up a delicious cornflake tart with custard on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients pastry are: 225g plain flour, 100g butter, 50g icing sugar, 50ml water and 1 egg to glaze.
For the filling: 250g corn flakes, 80g butter, 110g golden syrup and 125g Nutella.
For the custard: 5 egg yolks, 100g sugar, 200ml cream, 300ml full fat milk, 100ml condensed milk and 2tsp pure vanilla.
